Tenant questions
How do I get access to the tenant portal?
Once your lease is registered, sign in at portal.rmove.ae with the email address on your contract. If it does not work, call or email us and we will set it up.
How do renewals work?
We contact you well before your contract ends with the renewal terms, so you have time to decide. Let us know early if you plan to move out.
What happens when I move out?
Give notice as your contract requires. We arrange a move-out inspection, settle the security deposit against any damage beyond normal wear, and confirm everything in writing.
Who do I contact for maintenance?
Report it in the tenant portal under Maintenance. For emergencies such as a water leak or power failure, call the office immediately.
